Shipping Policy

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional value and service to our customers. We ship orders using carriers such as YunExpress, UPS, USPS, and DHL.

We ship worldwide, but primarily to North America, Europe, and Oceania.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. However, there are some places we cannot ship to. If you are from one of these countries, we will contact you. (For packages shipped to Korea, please provide the customs clearance code or date of birth for non-Korean citizens, and Brazilian users need to provide a CPF number.)

Lost/Missing Package

Customs Duties

We are not responsible for any customs charges once the item is shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that you will be fully responsible for customs duties once your order arrives at the destination country. (Normally, product prices are declared based on customs to avoid paying customs duties)

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

The shipping status shows "No information available."
It may take 24–48 hours for the system to update the tracking information. If you placed your order 2–3 business days ago but have not yet received tracking details, please contact us at Cambistfx001@outlook.com.

According to our estimate: Generally, it will take 7-10 business days to deliver to your address.
